You know, talking to some of these nurses and so-fourth here on the
east coast, you really overhear stuff that really makes you want to...
curse yourself !!

Option 1) If you eat fast food that could give you food poisoning in
a few hours... It likely would if you drank the 20 oz. large sweet
sugary soft drink that you drank along with it.
Option 2) If you eat fast food that could give you food poisoning in
a few hours... It wouldn't if you drink water that has just a hint of
lemon or lime juice.

After weeks of no weight loss and being stuck at 25 pounds of total
weight loss... I'm now at 30 pounds of total weight loss. Really happy
about this and how serious I'm taking it. Yes, I'm proud of myself at
this point.

However, I don't know how anyone could do without a pizza order
forever, you know, this crust with extra cheese, sausage, jalapeno
peppers and anchovies.

Pizza is my favorite food and I'm having no problem at all doing
without it. Second favorite would be cheeseburgers and I'm also having
no problem doing without them. Have no desire to gain back the weight,
to lose the energy I now have or to go back to feeling like shit. I
like having my old self back... tons of energy, thin, etc.

I can't even envision going back to my old eating habits. I've

I've decided to add a routine of doing daily jumping jacks to see if I
can quickly move from 30 pounds of total weight loss to 40 pounds.

Even so, I've rarely seen people just stop gorging on cheeseburgers,
pizza, fried chicken, etc... I've heard of people who take fiber
supplements each morning instead, like heaping tablespoons of
metamucil, yeah, but out-right going cold turkey on food that you've
eaten all of your life?

I think eventually, you're going to absolutely pig-out the day you
give-in return to the junk. Exercise is good, though.

I think that's because they have lost weight in the wrong way. I have
no desire to eat pizza or cheeseburgers ever again and doubt I ever
will. They no longer have any appeal to me. There is no hunger or
appetite any longer to want to pig out.

Another thing to consider is that I've always had a smaller thin
build. All I'm really doing is returning to that. I'm 5' 9" and now
weight 195. I was at 225. I feel my idea weight is about 160 to 165.
I'm convinced I can get back to 165. Pretty sure that in a few weeks
I'll move to 35 or 40 pounds of total weight loss.

Just checked. Looks like my 165 number is actually a legitimate number
if you believe this and I do:
