Default Instant Scrambled Eggs with Rice - Quick Snack

Fridge clean out day. This stuff had to go.

1 cup of cooked long grain rice
1/4 cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup water
1 packet of OXO chicken flavor
1 tbsp butter
1 egg

In a small sauce pan brought all ingredients except egg to boil.
Broke egg into boiling mix. Stirred for a minute.
Instant scrambled eggs and so smooth and delicious.

Okay, you nitpickers...I'll get even with you. (Someday)

The rice and the cream were the only ingredients that had to go.
Should have stated that...oh well, what the hell???

Next time I have surplus rice I am going to just add cinnamon, nutmeg,
sugar and maybe a drop of vanilla extract to the rice and cream
mixture...bring it to a boil and break an egg into to it make instant
rice pudding. It should work.

I know...no hard feelings whatsoever...I'm a fun lovin' kind of guy even
if I am an old fart whose best before date expired years ago.
