Still using up that corned beef, I see:

Corned Beef Reuben
Served with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese
& Thousand Island dressing on rye bread
and with a choice of side
8.00

(The side would be chips or fries.)

or

Tempura Battered Soft Shell Crab
Served with lemon capered sauce,
sautéed vegetables and yellow rice
12.95

Now that's more like it! I may actually have to try option #2.

Yep, that second one sounded good! Unfortunately I had some business to
take care of with the guys who are going to be cleaning the gutters. I
didn't get to try it!

I have never had a soft shelled crab- it just sounds weird to eat a
whole crab. I am in the land of Dungeness, so soft shell isn't even an
option around here. Are these blue crabs?

Yes. It's moulting season. They won't be available much longer.
