Will everybody who disdains Bisquick or milks their own cows please move
forward to what happened to Rolaids? I want to share my pancake recipe. We do very special Sunday morning breakfasts. 2 cups Bisquick 1 egg 1 2/3 cups milk (fat free or 2% or whatever is okay) 2 Tablespoons lemon juice (bottled is okay) 4 teaspoons sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder Whisk until smooth. Feeds two with a nice little stack for next day. For one. Unless neighbor drops by. Polly |

Then just add eggs and milk when ready to cook them. Sorry, Bisquick just does not measure up IMO. OK in a pinch but why when you can make much better and just as conveniently. |

It should be kept reasonably cool and used up promptly... at least that is my experience. I only buy it if it is on sale as a rule. |
