The title caught my eye-- but even though I'm not really a cookbook
reader, this one looks interesting; "a New Yorker raised by Korean parents ended up in Kentucky cooking Southern food, " Chef is Edward Lee - book is "Smoke and Pickles" http://www.thekitchn.com/smoke-pickl...okbook-189775? Looks pretty interesting-- Any guesses on what his take on chicken and waffles is, pictured on the cover? Jim |
