This looks perfect for you... I have a Jonsered chainsaw and am very
happy with it. For teh property you described I like the front
mounted mower better than a garden tractor, the wheels won't mash the
grass down before it mows, and this is more comfortable/less fatiguing
than a typical zero turn mower.

And I like how the mower deck tilts up for easy cleaning.

They look nice... but there isn't a dealer within 100 miles of me who
carry the mowers. There are a few dealers who carry their chain saws,
etc... but none nearby who carry the mowers.

I've heard of Jonsered, but have zero experience with them... never even
seen one and combine that with a lack of a local dealer... I would be a
bit cautious about buying one.

To be honest, George won't get near that mower, because it will be all
mine. Do they make one in pink? ;-)

I like the idea of the cutting deck in front like that but how is it for
stability? Seems like it would have too much weight on the back and
would only be usable for flat ground. With my cutting desk directly
below the seat it means more trimming and going around some edges with a
push mower, which would be nice to avoid.
