I bought a 10" shun classic chef's knife for those big food prep jobs
and it truly is a very nice knife. Sharp as the dickens. I used it a
few times, but If I buy another chef's knife (10"), I'm going
back to Lamsonsharp, my favorite brand. German forged steel, made in
US.
