Okay... I said I would try it and let you know. I have to make a
disclaimer and tell you that I always get my bacon from the local Dutch
butcher because his bacon is the best I have ever had and is
consistently good. This week I picked up a pound of his beef bacon. I
asked about cooking....same as bacon, but not as long. I tried it this
morning. It was delicious. I prefer pork bacon, but I will be eaitng
beef bacon again.
