I won't say it's the same, but it's a substitute. I don't see why linguiça or longaniza wouldn't work just as well and they would probably taste better too. -- Food is an important part of a balanced diet. |

That sounds like the commercial andouille I find around here. Such is life in the good ole US of A. Found a promising looking andouille at an Italian deli (of all places) today and bought a piece.
