Blueberries are still on sale here....$1.88 per pint. So yesterday, I made
2 blueberry pies. First time ever. Turned out very good and I even bought
some vanilla ice cream this morning to finish them off. The ice cream
sounds like a good compliment to it. I was wishing for some yesterday.

That said, I will NEVER make another one. I rarely eat dessert food but if
I have it here, I can't resist. I actually skipped dinner yesterday and just
ate slice after slice of the darn pie. I ate 3/4 of one yesterday. geez.
I took a multi-vitamin just to help out my situation a bit.

I'm the same way with homemade apple pie. Best for me not to make either
from now on.
