So simple, and I finally have a pucker tart, sweet, citric sauce, currently being used on cheesecake.
Buy a frozen can of (limeade) concentrate, open, pour/squeeze as much or as little into a sauce pan, heat to a vigorous boil, wait for it to thicken, then pour into a tiny glass canning jar with the screw on lid, refrigerate. Result is like thick honey, clear pale amber in color. Would make a very pretty gift jar for anyone who worships tart lemon or lime desserts. Yet to try, orange juice concentrate and lemonade concentrate. |
