Spaghetti with meat sauce. I used a simple tomato puree for the start
of the sauce. I seasoned it with dried basil, thyme, crushed rosemary, oregano and pepper. I had a small zucchini so I decided to grate it raw into the sauce. I let it cook down. The zucchini was a good idea. ![]() I served it over angel hair pasta. (I like the thinner noodles vs. American thicker "spaghetti".) It was delicious. Jill |
