Default Simple Dinner Tonight 8/1/2013

Spaghetti with meat sauce. I used a simple tomato puree for the start
of the sauce. I seasoned it with dried basil, thyme, crushed rosemary,
oregano and pepper. I had a small zucchini so I decided to grate it raw
into the sauce. I let it cook down. The zucchini was a good idea.

I served it over angel hair pasta. (I like the thinner noodles vs.
American thicker "spaghetti".) It was delicious.

Taco casserole here. I used up the rest of the kidney beans in it.

Pretty much what I did the other night, sans the meat.
Love quick, easy and delicious meals.

Sounds good. What did you use for meat? I've always been fond of angel
hair pasta. I like the delicacy to let the sauce shine.

Have you ever made carbonara? All you need is a little ham or bacon
and it's divine.
