Boston social security disability lawyer
We help people every day obtain the benefits they are entitled to receive. The majority of our clients participate in ERISA-governed plans. |

Day, night, doesn't matter. In this case a disability lawyer. Or class action lawsuits about things like complications from "bladder mesh". Whoever pays for the advertising gets the commercial airtime. And there will be someone who falls for it. Jill |

That's true but spamming a newsgroup is super bad. |

The rules for attorney advertising are set by (usually) state bar associations. In some states, a lawyer can advertise anything, in any way he wants. In others, rules are very strict. So just because a lawyer is advertising, doesn't necessarily mean s/he can't do an outstanding job for his/her clients. One has to do some due diligence on their own.

The disabilty one really gets me because they imply that you won't get any money unless you hire them. Without them, you will be declined! That's just not necessarily true. But it can be very taxing on the disabled person to do all of the paperwork themselves. I probably spent at least 8 hours on the first batch. I just kept at it and finished it all in a day. And then there was more stuff that I had to send in. So depending on the nature of the person's disability they may or may not be able to do it all themselves. But most likely if they do need help, all they need is a person of average intelligence who is willing to help them and a computer. I did also need to fax something but can't remember what now. Husband did that for me. |
