Default Supper last night... smoked ribs

The other day when I was at my local Dutch butcher shop I picked up some
smoked ribs. We had them for dinner last night.... wrapped them up in
foil and heated them in the oven. Served them when boiled new potatoes
and beans and warmed up pitas.

I never had smoked ribs before. They were delicious, and at less than $5
for a rack it seemed like a pretty good deal. I will get them again.
