Don't mess around with maple syrup. I think people use maple sugar instead
of syrup. Almond butter with maple syrup gets very moldy very quickly.

If you do like it, then you can either make or buy tomato jam (yes,
there really IS such a thing) and not feel so dumb eating that tomato
PB combo.

I've got my potatoes au gratin in the oven now so I just tried a
saltine with peanut butter and a bit of ketchup. hmmmmmm.
Surprisingly, it's not so bad afterall. :-o
