Default Lunch today

I love this and have to make it for myself several times during
growing season.

Quantities are fluid.
A large onion, cut into thick half slices, sauteed in butter until
beginning to brown.
add:
A couple of cloves of garlic, chopped
A couple of small zucchini, sliced
a couple of really ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
Cook all until tender
add a small handful of chopped fresh basil
add salt and freshly ground pepper
Enjoy
