Will definitely make the pudding but will substitute dark rum
for the whisky...or maybe just use rum flavoring.

Yes,,, real rum... that artificial rum flavouring is horrible.

I definitely need to make some true butterscotch pudding, a flavor I
adore. Until then, I celebrate Drink Like a Pirate Day (is that
right?) with some true grog (4:1, water to rum). Arrrgh...... me
