Default Lemon and Fig Vinegar

Just ran across a mention of lemon and fig vinegar in a Chowhound
thread I was reading when I looked up more recipes for Salamoia
Bolognese. Apparently Sur La Table sells it. Sounds interesting
enough to go out and buy a bottle and since I'll be there anyway -
I'll pick up a bottle sherry vinegar because I never see it where I
think I should see it... in a grocery store. I'm still amazed that
they stock two brands of champagne vinegar but NO sherry vinegar.
