2 chorizos, sliced thinly
1 onion lots of garlic a little sambal oelek oregano Fry these until cooked frozen broad beans lots of kalamata olives 1 cup red wine Add these, and simmer until beans are cooked Add: water tomato paste Simmer for a few more minutes, and serve with pasta. Quick and easy, and a good starter to the day. |

Sounds orroight. Brekky for me was some leftover roast chicken broken up with some diced bacon, pan fried with onion and two halves of tomato. And an sliced avocado on the side. |

But it's useful to be aware of the foreign etymology and the evolution of the word, since the culinary result is so different if one serves the meal with paste instead of pasta. (Probably serve this more often with rice than with pasta, but it's close to 50/50.) |
