I'm hungry for a casserole recipe of some sort on this cold rainy day. The
past two tuna casserole recipes I got at web sites were not very good, especially reheated. I'm sure your favorite is better. Perhaps a chicken casserole with canned chicken? Other suggestions wecome. Something that will supply me with three or four meals. I've cooked for myself for decades but I'm still not a very good cook so simple recipes best. TIA -- "Where there's smoke there's toast!" Anon |

You don't even have to roll the tortillas! http://allrecipes.com/recipe/quick-a...ada-casserole/ HTH -- Food is an important part of a balanced diet. |

You can do it with the chicken approach or another time, mix a pound of browned ground beef with a can of refried beans, some chopped onion, taco sauce, maybe some sliced black olives. Use a large can of red enchilada sauce for this one. The ground beef version will fit in a 13x9 pan and can be portioned to 8 or more servings. Janet US |
