Not you, especially not while in the process of committing the same
contemptuous misdeeds again. You'll abuse any trust extended so GFY.

Correction to your post: Poor *******s describes your family, not you.
Degenerate works though.

So it should read
"Can a poor degenerate never be forgiven for past misdeeds?"

But the answer is still no.

Takes one to know one? What happened to ALS? Ghostown now... Used to be so vibrant, 5,6 years ago. Where did all those people "go"? I'm afraid Doug passed? Who was the English bloke that used to talk about carrying a torch at night, meaning flashlight?

Feeling a little better, still having muscle spasms but the pills are

What kind of person attacks someone for posting asking about spaghetti, on a cooking ng? I had not posted here in months, but was curios about making low sodium sauce. Is this not a good place to ask?... I did overpost before, was going through bad time, tbh.

Who are "Jerry Sauk, Sqwertz, projectile vomit" et al? Who calls themselves projectile vomit? If I end up dead, by one of these stalkers, please tell the FBI, NSA, local police and my relatives so the can get some retribution. Yes, my name is Tom Ungvsrsky (at least they spelled it right, not easy). Not really a secret. oops, I misspelled it. Not fan of onscreen tablet kb.

Unfortunately, that's the one thing I cannot do. My turkey stuffing days are over. Stuffing mostly makes a turkey take too long to roast. I never liked that stuff anyway.

My last turned me vegetarian. Girl across from me, in mid 80s apartment, said she had a recipe. (She was very cute, so whatever she said I was agreeable to.) Claimed her mom cooked one at 200 degrees.(?) Eight hours later, still was not done. My roommate at time ended up throwing it away. (He had got it from his work.) Still feel guilty. Poor animal was killed, and ended up getting tossed in trash. I was on the way to being vegetarian already, was last straw.

I used to love turkey clubs, one of the last things I gave up. Tofurkey is actually pretty close... I'm ok with killing tofurkeys.

Will those spasms not stop naturally at some point or are you stuck with

I can dig that. It's a world where animals kill other animals in order
to survive but the mass production of the killing we do is disturbing.
How many animals die for us to get through the day? I'm guessing 2 to 4
every day. That's way more than any animal should be allowed - except
maybe whales or shrews and bats.

What's even worse is the conditions these factory meat modules are
raised and live (?) out their miserable lives. Do animals really feel
misery and despair and regret? God I sure hope not or one day we'll all
burn. Here's a commercial for Chipotle Mexican Grill.

I know my dog felt misery when she was ill. Despair and regret i will never
know, but when I see animal's reactions to things, I realise they are not
automatons with no feeling.

I don't know about their despair or regret but dogs certainly show
how miserable they feel when ill or injured. It is really tough
seeing your best friend suffering from cancer and have to take
him/her to a veterinarian to be put down. Better that than to see them suffer.

Since my daughter gave birth, our cat has been in a very weird space. It
looks like all the life has been drained out of him. Instead of placing
himself in our way, he camps out in remote places and just lays down. He
gave me a shock when I saw him lying on a shelf in a dark corner of the
laundry trying to be invisible. He's got the kitty blues. It's a strange
thing.

Yes I won't recount the distress we had when our dog's time had come.

You are right about that. The problem is that this cat was never
schooled by a mother cat on how to be a cat and how to interact with
people. You can pet him for a short while but then he bites. Where's
Cesar when you need him?

Your Ham and Bacon could be from the same animal.

Since I did not raise, slaughter, and butcher the pig, I don't see how
that would be likely. That would be a most wondrous and amazing thing to
happen. OTOH, it's certainly not impossible. The bacon was from a 3 lb
seasoning bacon package which is essentially bacon scraps from bacon
packers. The ham was brought over by my son's friend on thanksgiving
day. I'm guessing that the odds are approximately one thousand, three
hundred fifty trillion to one.

That's ridiculous and disgusting! Ham and bacon do not come from dead
horses. Everybody knows that it's all 100% turkey processed to look like
the real thing!

I think so, feel so.

apes in a zoo... Why do we put them in jails? What crimes did they commit? Look in their eyes... and dogs, cats.

I am no saint, use cheese, eggs. Buy "cruelty free" eggs now. Poor chickens.

I tried using soy cheese when young, but not the same on pizza. And still had rennet... I should go back to that again. At least my footprint is not real heavy and bloody?

I cried more intensely when I had to give up my beautiful Chusky, than when my mom died. WTF? And I cried a lot when my mom died.

Humans are tough to live with. If you're a critter, you mostly want to
avoid contact with people. Most of the time, they want to kill you.
Sometimes they take you home, and feed and raise you. Sometimes they
kill you after than. A lucky few don't get killed at all. That's like
winning the jackpot, I guess - the animal jackpot. Yey!

That is why I said "Could Be" instead of "are".

That's why I said "it's certainly not impossible" which would be
equivalent to "could be."

A specialist in allergies said at a conference recently that it
would be easier to get people to give up their children than give
up their pets. I'm sure it was partly in jest.
