I think it's more like Arafat and company waiting until things got
past the point of no return. He'd probably still be in a coma if he
went in the US, Britain, or Germany for medical care. Liver failure is
liver failure. I watched my cousin go through it in the US. It happens
in the US as well when you just wait too damn long to seek competent
medical care.
