Default Springroll wraps

Well, I,m off and running. Gotta do something to justify keeping the
heat burning. 35 deg F below freezing, last night. Today's high is
only 19F. I ain't goin' nowhere! Even got pecan pie makin's.

Anyway, jes mixed and kneaded the batter and now gotta wait 3 hrs.
Recipe sez 300ml water, but I prolly used 320, as 300 looked too dry.
After watching half dozen wrap vids on U2B, ya kinda get the hang of
it, even if never done it before. Can't wait to "smear" the dough in
the skillet.
