Default breakfast pancake

Mark Bittman and I believe that nearly everyone makes a cross between an omelet and a pancake for breakfast when leftovers are appealing. Now Bittman has perfected the batter, adding a bit of liquid and a bit of flour. You are only moments away from little jewels of deliciousness you'll eat right out of the pan.

Um, post pictures of something you actually cooked, not something you
