![]() I tried the Cello Hand Select Copper Kettle Parmesan cheese at Costco. Not nice. I have a pretty catholic taste in cheese, but this one has something distinctly odd about it. Nothing reminiscent of parm at all. You get what you pay for -- $6.29# |

It probably compared favourably to the Kraft crap in a can, but sure wasn't a viable alternative to real parm. |
