Default Hot Chocolate without dairy

Unsweetened chocolate almond breeze is not really too bad warmed up,
with a packet of stevia and some cinnamon. And not too many calories,
around 45 a serving. I tried to add some cocoa but that doesn't mix in
very well. Just sits on top, even after stirring vigorously. And when
I warm it up, then it just kind hangs out on the bottom mostly... I
didn't realize straight cocoa was not sweet, almost bitter by itself.
Or I think I used to know, but forgot.
