If anyone wants to make nachos from Velveeta, that stuff in a can is
the only way to go. Looking at Google images, there are lots of
brands out and you don't have to buy a commercial sized can to get it.

I sprinkle a tray of chips with colby-jack and then sprinkle on a can
of hot diced green chilis and put the whole works into the oven until
melted. You get more bites of peppers this way.

I have seen those 'velveeta' nachos at ball games or at the
movies, but I didn't think that's what people usually used
at home. I use cheddar, myself. Doesn't make for a gooey
mess like the plastic cheese.
