Default Food52 article "Dutch-Process vs. Natural Cocoa Powder (+ When to Use Them)"


I'm always so confused by which type of cocoa powder to use that I
took the chicken's way out and also have a can of half & half on hand.
I should take notes from this and attach it to the cupboard door.
