I'm always so confused by which type of cocoa powder to use that I
took the chicken's way out and also have a can of half & half on hand.
I should take notes from this and attach it to the cupboard door.

Copy it and put it in your computer file under Notes for Baking.
(however, I'm talking smart to you but I do have a couple of things
stuck to the fridge with magnets ) ;o)

I saved it to my "chocolate" board on Pinterest... but it wasn't a
joke. That's the type of note I actually post on the inside of my
"baking" cabinet!
