I don't like the appearance of tiny dark purple potatoes, either. They jack the prices up for these hybrids because they're supposed to be hoity-toity. They taste the same yet cost more. Mind you, apparently they have anti-inflammatory properties and are higher in antioxidants compared to orange carrots. |
