Dataw Special Dining Room Menu

A taste of New Orleans. One night only, sometime in March. (I don't
really care when.)

Once again the menu was sent in .gif format. So I uploaded it he

or

I had to laugh at the obvious mistakes. I sent the following email to
the Director of Communications:

"First of all, thank you for re-sending the menu not as an attachment.
Secondly, there are some glaring typos in that lovely graphic menu.

Under the Third Course featuring Crawfish, it should read "Hazelnut
Gremolata", not "Hazlenut Gemolata".

Under the Fifth Course, Blackened Delmonico, it should read "roasted
garlic spinach", not "garilc spinach".

Anyone have a spell checker? It also helps if you know what the words
being typed mean. Or are familiar with cooking.

Happy to help."

They just *LOVE* me at the Club. :-D
