Default questionable recipe 2-20-2014

Made something good tonight... started with a vegetarian recipe and
make it work for my family. Son said I took a "questionable" recipe
and improved it... by adding 2 pounds of shredded chicken. Here is my
"inspiration" recipe
http://www.skinnytaste.com/2013/11/b...bean.html#more
Didn't roll enchiladas because I was trying to use up an excess of
mini-tortillas -so I turned it into a strata.

Dessert was delicious too (will double it next time).

That isn't a "questionable recipe." It's a shitty recipe. Reduced-fat
cheese and reduced-fat sour cream are all about the low fat/high carb
stupidity that has made the developed world into a swarm of fat f^*#s.

WTF is "shredded chicken"? You really should have been sterilized.
