Default This book looks interesting!

I just happened across it while looking for something else. I won't be
buying it but if I did see a copy somewhere, I would for sure look through
it. Just look at how proud those chefs look, gazing at their giant
foodstuffs!

Speaking of interesting books, I just found one in a stack of books I'd
not read. Read the first few chapters. Quite interesting. Perhaps too
basic for most of you but useful for me. _Kitchen Science_. I suspect it
may be out of print.

Update - 1/8/2012
I got an email from Clem apologizing for not answering my email and that I
should stop by. Well, stop by where? His facebook page lists one address
while the Yelp page lists another. I couldn't find him at 3116 South
Congress, which is probably the 8th of 12 times I have gone seeking a
specific trailer that is either unexpectedly closed or simply not there. I
don't drive due to a disability so I can't afford to play these these
Austin Slacker Trailer Games anymore. No more trailers (or carts) for this
homey unless I'm already there by happenstance., I'll give him another
star for answering my email, but I don't know why considering I was misled.
Nah. I'm keeping at one star since it's another customer service mishap of
the same caliber.
