I picked up a half-pound of Wensleydale with cranberries the other day.
If you've seen the animated "Wallace and Gromit" films, Wensleydale is their favorite cheese. It's like a light Stilton, crumbly and moist, and the embedded cranberries go extremely well. I don't see it around too often, and it isn't cheap, typically $16 / pound. I've never seen it without the cranberries, although it supposedly comes in a number of different flavors. It makes a good snack. |

I have seen it sporadically at Publix, and this last purchase was from Winn-Dixie. |

Except at Amazon you don't have to pay shipping right to your door if you spend $35, which is easy to do, IF you have $35, dwarf. |
