Where I live I'm susrrounded with conifers, and all sorts of pollen producers. When doing outdoor chores I wear a paper respirator. This one is inexpensive, comfortable, and works extremely well: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I wear this when mowing, often I wear it all day, I hardly notice it's there |

When I am out I wear a light scarf over my nose and mouth. Try a paper mask, I don't think a scarf filters pollen well. This one has a valve so when you exhale moisture doesn't collect inside the mask and it stays cool and dry, makes it very comfortable to wear for long periods. |

That is similar to the mask I wear, and it does not fog up my protective goggles like some of them do. Becca |
