Default Cocktail hour - The sublime Mojito

Ingredients:

White Rum
Club Soda
Simple Syrup (2 cups sugar, one cup water, bring to boil, take off heat and
cool)
Fresh mint
Lemons and Limes.
Tall glass - at least 12 ounces

For one tall glass: Add two ounces of rum. (This is a cocktail not a soft
drink) Add half a shot of simple syrup. Squeeze juice from 1/2 a lemon and
1/2 a lime. Add a slice or two of lemon and lime and several broken mint
leaves. Muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of your glass with a spoon. Add
ice and top off with club soda. Garnish with a few extra mint leaves. Stir
do not shake.

Repeat as necesary.

If you use the juice of 1/2 a lemon and 1/2 a lime, then you _have_ to have
