Can't really tell with that POS camera... much too blurry to tell what
it is... that runny goop could be snot or semen, can't really tell...
with all that blurryness it doesn't look like anything I'd want to
eat.

Why do you insist everyone post pictures and then nit-pick the photos to
death? This is one reason I won't post pictures of food anymore. The
filled crepes with cream sauce looked just fine to me.

Looks blurry but tasty.
What did you use for the filling other than chicken and mushrooms? I'm
guessing you used cornstarch to thicken but what else went into it? A
quicky recipe would be nice....nothing exact.

I used flour. It's a combination velouté and béchamel sauce - half
chicken stock, half milk... and a splash of dry sherry, because I like
it with chicken.
