Default Dataw Dinner Specials 5/22/2014

I have been remiss! Let's see what's in store tonight.

Pan Seared Lamb Loin

Pistachio and Mustard Creole Rubbed, Served with Golden Raisin Couscous
And Sauteed Spinach with a Mint Demi Glaze
Tapas $13.00/Entrée $25.00

Red Snapper
Pan Seared and Served over Citrus Jamaican Rice with Grilled Pineapple
And Mango Endive Salad
Tapas $13.00/Entrée $24.00

Whatcha think? (No, I won't be eating out tonight. Don't have much of
an appetite for some reason.) They did send an email saying they have
not yet found a new executive chef. These must be in the Big Book of
Dataw Recipes. LOL

I'd try either one. If hubby and I ate there together - I'd order the
lamb, he'd order the fish... and we'd share.

I'd order the lamb and wife would get the fish. We usually share things
like that too.

Both of those sound delish. I agree that spouses should share when the
choices are both so good.

They just published the same dinner specials for tonight. I *might* go
try the red snapper. I haven't made up my mind about eating out yet.
Temps are in the 90's today so I don't exactly feel like getting dressed
up and going out.

Where to you stand on meeting your minimum? The year is almost half over. Do they give you an accounting or must you track it yourself?

I've whittled it down to $600. Not a big dent, but a dent.
