Default Who is Target's grocery market?

Easy peasy. Go to cash register. Inform cashier that you wish to speak
to manager.
Alternatively, go to customer service desk. Inform clerk that you wish
to speak to manager.

Back when I worked retail, we used to BEG customers to ask for the
manager, instead of screaming at us. After all, _we_ had no power.
Then again, that is why customers scream at clerks instead of
managers. It's not about getting satisfaction by having their
complaint addressed; it's about getting satisfaction by abusing a
person they view as their inferior.

Whom they define as a god of this planet, and teach that Mormon men
can become gods of their own planets, populated by their own offspring
by multiple wives.

Christianity is a big enough tent to house all flavors of craziness,
so the only people who call Mormons non-Christians are other Christian
sects who have their own brand of nutty beliefs.

But Julie insists that all store employees don't know where the product
is, what the price is, or where the manager is

Ha! Try this at Target and see if a manager comes! I have. They don't.
They often didn't when I worked at K Mart too. That was very frustrating.
A lot of times they would assign someone to take their calls for them. And
that person might not know a thing.

Yeah - right! Seems to be more deceptive statements(!?) from the Bove.
Too many times it's declared it doesn't and won't ask clerks or
management at ANY store for help. Much less ask 'where can
this/whatever item be found?'!

It's apparent that many folks on RFC think/believe "Bove" is sincere -
and then there are some folks who know otherwise. YMMV!

IME, whenever I politely ask to speak with the 'general' manager on duty
at any store (regardless of topic), the response was prompt and
attentive to my concerns. Another YMMV!

Sky

Er, did "Bove" work at WW (for 17 years?!) or/and at KMart, or both?

I never said any of that stuff. But at Target, if you ask for a manager,
you don't get a store manager. You get someone that is perhaps one step up
from the cashier. Or the security guard. One thing I haven't seen though
is the managers sitting in the cafe. That was typical when I worked at K
Mart. Want a manager? Go to the cafeteria! They weren't always in there
of course. But when they were, they often all were.

Yeah, too many times the "Bove" has said it won't ask for help from any
employee of any store - regardless if the employee is a clerk or the (on
duty) store manager!

Just another example of how "bove" is seemingly a pathological liar and
cannot keep its stories straight --- YMMV!

OH, truly how funny! The "bove" contradicts itself yet again "not
saying any of that stuff"! Many, many times it's mentioned/posted it
will not ask store clerks and/or management for help to find any
particular products at any store! Bove's credibility registers "Zero"!

it's interesting that the two worst stores for service ala Bove have
something in common...an employee named Bove. makes you wonder if in
fact SHE was the slouchy manager

Well, look at it this way: if you were an employee and Julie came up
to you and started babbling, wouldn't you want the encounter to end as
soon as possible? Just say, "I don't know."
Then run and hide.
If you have a heart, warn your coworkers: "She's back."
