Default Does this dough look right to you?

These are super cute but I can't see what would make them rise. Also seems
like a lot of water to flour ratio. And the only dough I have ever made
like that was cream puff type stuff. But doesn't that have eggs in it? I
haven't made any for years.

And who puts lettuce in a hot dog? At any rate, I think I might make these
for the 4th. I might use a different type of dough though. But this one
does sound interesting, if it would work.

I make stove top bread frequently. I make dough, flatten it (usually) to fit the bottom of my cast iron frypan, and cook it really slowly. Sometimes I let it rise, sometimes not. Depending on the dough volume, it ranges from a half inch thick to two Tim Recipes 0 22-12-2005 11:15 AM
