I was at the funeral yesterday. She grew up in Hungary, then went to work
away from her village in Kaposvar. Eventually she made her way to Hanover
Germany. She didn't suffer much. She was at her daughter's house in the
lake Ontario area. She fell off the bed and had massive hemoraging. She
was concious(SP) for a few hours. They put her on life support. Eventually
after about 48 hours they took her off life support. She saw what the
allies did in Hanover. The allies threw down White Phosphorus in order to
burn civilians. WP, when it hits, the person burns. They can run into the
lake in central Hanover and duck under the water. As soon as they surface,
they start to burn again.
Let's hear what the heartfelt pieces of shit have to say...You ****ing
swine!!!

Sorry to hear that.

Oh Julie, really? The only good thing is he didn't crosspost this to a
gazillion other newsgroups. He's a hatemonger. All he ever does is try
to stir up a bunch of shit.

OB Food: grilled bratwurst. Heh.

My news reader filters cross posts... so if he crossposted, he did
them individually.

You are lying. If you can give evidence of me cross posting please let the group know. You're just ****ed because I point out the war crimes committed by the allies. Also, most of my posts are on topic, and I bring good ideas to this
group.
My aunt didn't consider the people that threw WP at her to be swine. The real swine were those who stated that 'she got what she deserved'.

I'm sorry to hear about Moose in Love's aunt dying too. Evidently he
was close to her and he constantly talked about the white phosphorus
bombing that was done in WW2 and I know we (the USA) did that in
Vietnam too. It's a horrible way to bomb people but all war is pure
hell. Look what we did to the two Japanese cities and civilians to end
the war. And also look at what all the other counties do to people in
times of war.

And many of the German citizens didn't want WW2 either. Many of the
regular troops were drafted and if you didn't join, you and your
entire family were killed.

My condolences to you and your family, Moose-boy! At least she's at
peace now.

Again...IMO, people that use killfiles have no business commenting or
judging someone based on second hand posting (sound bites). If you
don't read ALL that they say, you don't know the whole story.

Regardless of all that, 'Moose in Love' just lost a beloved relative.
Have some sympathy here for him just like you all had for Janet Wilder
and others in the past. Damn....I'm starting to sound like Ophy here
but this group can certainly turn very hostile at times. You mean
*******s! ;-O

Any recent loss mentioned here by regulars.... be it a spouse, a
relative or a beloved pet. All of them are equally hurting. Give them
some support, don't pick on them in their times of hurt and loss.

Of course I'm sorry for his loss. I don't like anyone losing someone,
human or pet.

Thing is, he's always cross-posting hateful stuff all over the place and
dragging a bunch of k00ks into rfc. He didn't do it this time but it
sure didn't sound like he really cared about his aunt. No mention at
all of how she was a wonderful woman, happy to have known her, he'll
miss her. He's ranting about WWII again. His aunt wasn't even in
Germany when she died. She was in Ontario.

Reluctantly quoting: "She saw what the allies did in Hanover..." then
"Let's hear what the heartfelt pieces of shit have to say...You ****ing
swine!!!"

What, exactly, does a war that ended almost 70 years ago have to do with
her death in 2014? He doesn't come across as grief-stricken to me.

Yes he does constantly talk about the Allies having used white
phosphorous. His neonazi mind is somewhat addled. They used thermite in
their incendiary device, and there is no white phosphorous used in that
compound. The Germans used incendiaries too, but apparently that is
okay with the Moose.

Two cities? Hiroshima and Nagasaki stand out because they were each
pretty well obliterated by single bomb blasts. Those two, were selected
for the nuclear bombs partly to be better able to determine the
effectiveness of the nukes, because most of the other cities had been
burned. People need to be reminded that the total number of casualties
of those two attacks was only about half the number of victims in the
Chinese city on Nanking, where Japanese troops systemically killed
300,000 civilians in atrocious ways. They tied men together with barbed
wire, doused then with gasoline and lit it. They used some for bayonet
practice or head chopping contests. The raped most of the women, then
killing and mutilating most of them.

I have little sympathy for Germans, since they started the war and
committed so many atrocities. The number of German civilians killed in
air raids is a drop in the bucket compared to the millions of Jew,
Gypsies and others were were enslaved, worked to death or outright
murdered by the troops.

Yet, enough of them enthusiastically embraced Nazism, enough that they
took power and raised huge armies. Almost the entire country was
working to support their war effort.

Yum. I could go some of that right now.

Breakfast here will be grilled cheese, onion and tomato on sourdough
toast.

He definitely needs to get over this WW2 stuff.
