Default Trottole Pasta Salad

Been a while since I've posted what's been on the burner, so here's
what I made today.

Trottole pasta salad. In Italian trottole means spins. With the spiral
on one end, and a point on the other end, it does resemble a spinning
top.
I used it to make a delicious pasta salad, but I can't wait to try it
with a spaghetti sauce, that would be devine.

To the pasta I added some salami, mozzarella and Parmesen cheese, red
and yellow bell peppers, scallions, black olives and my homemade
Italian salad dressing.
The perfect lunch on a hot day.

Interesting shape, but I don't recall seeing it where I shop. I
usually buy Barilla and the pasta shelf is large so it's possible to
miss it.

All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt.

Looks and sounds lovely Koko. I'll have to make something like this
myself, thanks for the recipe.
