Default meal in minutes 6-16-14

We had a meal in minutes tonight: Pancit (from Father's Day BBQ),
chicken in an al pastor marinade from the local Mexican market (all I
needed to do was heat the grill pan and cook it), and a simple mixed
green salad. While the chicken was grilling, we had an easy appetizer
that we also picked up at the market - house made guacamole that
rivals homemade (big chunks of avocado) and chips from a local
manufacturer. Their thick chips are just like homemade - but I bought
their thin chips, which are even better than homemade.

Oh, so good!

Angela picked up pork street tacos at Fred Meyer. We actually have some in
the freezer from Costco but these were quicker and they came with gauc.
That must be the new thing now. Have seen them in many stores. They also
had some sort of Asian inspired beef tacos. Weird.

I'm going to go make a turkey sandwich. It's not really what I want but I
am wiped out and totally stressed out. My brain can't think to make
anything more complicated. Plus I should have eaten hours ago.
