Default Steak Salad

Leftover steak on a bed of lettuce and power greens, cucumber,
scallions, carrots, fennel, and Stilton blue cheese. Simply dressed
with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and freshly ground black
pepper.
Pretend you see the thin strips of preserved lemon that showed up
later.
So light and refreshing for a summer lunch.

All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt.

Still... I would cut the meat up smaller for a salad.

That salad looks fine but that steak looks like slices of cancerous
prostate.
