![]() I love it when I run across delicious things like this. Turmeric ginger tea. It's a good thing I have plenty of both because I see myself drinking a lot of this. I bet it would be just as good iced. It is also high in antioxidants and potential cancer-fighting agents. Ginger is also an extremely healthy root. I don't usually make a tea, though - I pound ginger, tumeric, and garlic together with a bit of coconut oil into a paste and use it on my food as a condiment. Sometimes I also pound black beans (the Chinese type) in there too. |

It's not very expensive ($8 a pound or so) especially considering that I don't use much at a time. |
