You could try this one, and leave out the eggs. It was delivered to my
inbox today for today's lunch suggestion. Note it says 4 servings.

Calories: 1659 | Protein: 202 | Carbs: 23 | Fat: 84

Description:
This is a fast and easy recipe from the book Everyday Paleo by Sarah
Fragoso. This recipe serves 4 people at 414.75 calories per serving.

4- 6 oz. cans of tuna, drained and crumbled
4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 large head red leaf lettuce or other lettuce of your choice, torn into
small pieces.
2 big handfuls of spinach

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tbsp capers
Sea Salt and black pepper to taste.

In a large salad bowl add your torn lettuce, spinach and celery. Top the
lettuce with the crumbled tuna and diced eggs. In a small bowl, whisk
together the olive oil, vinegar, sea salt, pepper and minced garlic.

Actually no. Because I can't eat tuna either. Or any fish.

Does anyone have a good site for gout friendly recipes? He's not

I take life with a grain of salt, a slice of lemon and a shot of tequila
My Doc say its a matter of staying hydrated. Never mentioned food much other than say dont eat a lot of fat meat. If your hubby drinks beer tell him to knock it off. Drink hooch. That dont hurt any. Tell him to drink Black Cherry juice. In fact he could mix that with the hooch. I have gout so I know all about it of course..lol.

That must be an old recipe. Tuna cans are 5oz now for many years.

Just sayin.

Tuna doesn't work for hubby's gout either. He gave himself a very
painful gout attack a few years ago by eating tuna fish sandwiches for
lunch 3 or 4 days in a row and he won't touch tuna now.

All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt.
