![]() Lucky me, the church garden is afloat with zucchini. Tonight I started a couple of quarts of lemon zucchini pickles. https://flic.kr/p/ohMYah I packed a canning jar with zucchini spears. I used 1T coriander, 1t black peppercorns, 1T lemon zest in a 2% brine. Should be ready in about 3 days. Happy, happy, happy koko |
