There are home style "industrial" cooktops these days. Can't name them all but definitely stay away from Wolf (and haven't heard anything good about Viking in years). They are living on their past reputations. Kitchenaid has a really good current reputation. There must be more, but that's the one I know about. -- All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt. |
