Foes the Pescatarian eat dairy? If not then perhaps dairy free sorbet.

From Wiki
Pescetarianism /?p?sk?'t??ri?n/ (also spelled pescatarianism) is the
practice of following a diet that includes fish or other seafood, but
not the flesh of other animals. A pescetarian diet typically shares
many of its components with a lacto-ovo vegetarian diet and may
include vegetables, fruit, nuts, grains, beans, eggs, dairy, and
insect byproducts (such as honey, carmine, or shellac), but a
vegetarian diet excludes meat.

Sadly all the huge orchards of 30-40 years ago are being gobbled up by
housing developments and urban sprawl.

Did you forget cole slaw with the pulled pork or did you do it on
purpose? Both Roasted Vegetable Frittata and Pizza di Rotelle seem
out of place on that menu, does someone not eat pork? That's already
a huge meal before you add them in.

The reason that I asked for help originally was because two
individuals cannot eat meat, only fish or dairy. The dishes you
mention are focused on egg. I forgot the cole slaw -- probably
because I do not care for it and would never put it on a pulled pork
sandwich. I can get a package of slaw mix and a jar of slaw sauce.

Thanks, you didn't mention it in the OP to this thread and I either
didn't see the other thread or didn't remember it. The two non-meat
dishes you chose seem so incongruent with the rest of the meal. Is
there some reason why you didn't do an alternate vegetable or
fish/shellfish sandwich filling for them? I would not want them to
feel like they were an after thought. If they ate poultry, it would
be easy enough to shred chicken or turkey as a substitute. Here are
some non-meat sandwich ideas to get you thinking in that direction.

Don't hate you
I guess I should have entitled or captured the second post differently
It was 'need help or suggestions'
"
My daughter and her family will be coming soon. The evening meals
will be shared equally between me and my ex's wife. (3 meals a piece)
We will all eat together. The temps will be at least in the 90s+.
Since their visit last year, my younger grandson (12) has become a
Pescetarian (almost for a year now). He believes fish have a better
life than farm-raised animals. My son-in-law got an illness that left
his body unaccepting of most proteins. Both my son-in-law and younger
grandson eat fish and dairy. The eldest grandson (16) is a meat eater
that enjoys meat whenever he can get it. My daughter has no food
hangups. My ex and his wife have no meat problems, but really do not
like Mexican food.

Breakfast and lunch are no problem. There are enough choices to meet
everyone's needs. Dinner main course is the head thumper. Ex's wife
is bound to serve salmon at least once as they fish the Pacific often.
I was thinking for one meal I could do brats/hamburgers for the
general crowd and some sort of fish filets (grilled as well) for fish
sandwiches. Rolls and all the fixings for hamburgers will work as
well for the fish folks. I've figured out salads, rice dishes,
macaroni dishes, fruit etc. I've got appetizers covered. But what
the heck do I fix for 2 evening meal main dish. I mentioned the
temperatures here because most likely we will be eating outside.
Help will much be appreciated.
