I LOVE scrapple, no matter what name it appears under. Hmmm. I just
had an idea about a LC version but don't know how it would fry.

What do you mean by a LC version of scrapple? I love the stuff. I
always buy Rapa brand scrapple. It's the only one I've ever seen in a
store here. They have plain and one with bacon bits added and the
bacon version is MUCH better. I have a package in my fridge right
now.
